ONLINE BOOKING POLICY

Online bookings are a request ONLY, pending confirmation by our team. Appointments will usually be confirmed within 24 hours via email.

If you require an appointment within less than 24 hours, or if your desired booking times appear unavailable, please call the salon directly and we will endeavour to accommodate you!

All online booking requests require a deposit, which will go towards the cost of your appointment on the day.

Please note: longer and thicker hair will incur an extra charge at the discretion of our team.

All booking deposits are non refundable.

If you forget or cancel your appointment in less than 24 hours, we miss the opportunity to utilize that time or to offer it to clients on our waitlist. Under such circumstances, the deposit will not be refunded.

If, however you cancel or change your appointment with 24 hours notice, we will happily roll your deposit over to your next appointment.

Longer/thicker hair and more involve services will incur extra charges and time allocations.
